Thanksgiving- quite literally, a time for thanks, and giving. As we sit around the table and reflect on both - it's kind of crazy to think about this past year and the strides we've made, and yet, how much farther we have to go (cue our Co-Founder and President's blog post on the inadequacies of sexual harassment training).
