From February 7-9, 2023, PowerToFly hosted a three-day event featuring a two-day summit followed by a one-day virtual job fair focused on amplifying the voices of black leaders as they shared their stories, experiences, and expertise.

This two day event featured employees from participating companies and other thought leaders who shared their stories virtually in an interactive summit format in front of a diverse audience, which is free to attend. Featured topics included:

The Virtual Job Fair | February 9
The job fair featured recruiters from companies who had the opportunity to present to attendees about their company overall. From there, recruiters broke off into different breakout rooms categorized by role type (sales, engineering, product and project management, and more), where attendees then were able to connect with recruiters in real time and ask questions. These companies included:
