Nivedita is an experienced global HR leader with more than 28 years in the field. Before coming to iRelaunch, where her role is to advise employers on building and expanding their career reentry programs, Nivedita successfully led global cross-functional teams at Cognizant, a Fortune 200 company with 300,000 employees, to design and deploy talent strategies across talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning and talent transformation. Nivedita conceptualized, designed and launched Cognizant’s flagship Return to Work Program globally. She is based in Mumbai, India.
