I love when those around me are their authentic selves and tell their stories and I’m in the business of making a positive impact in the lives of those I work with. Being an inclusive, people-centered leader and strategist has allowed me to do just that across multiple industries, currently in the advertising industry.

I have over 10 years of experience across sectors with leading high performing individuals and teams, through the lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I get things done while treating people like they matter - because they do.

I’m great at connecting people and organizations to their purpose. And I find special meaning in mentoring and empowering women of all ages to be seen, heard, and paid through my personal branding consultancy, The Elan Principle.

When I am not working with organizations or coaching, I enjoy public speaking, cooking, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
