Freddie Mac has earned a spot on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s best workplaces for LGBTQ+ talent for more than a decade. Many of their LGTBQ+ inclusion efforts have been led, in part, by its Pride business resource group. Hear from Brian Pesner, the group’s co-chair and a human resources business partner as he shares how they help make Freddie Mac home to inclusion. Brian will share insights from his career journey and experiences, Freddie Mac’s efforts towards LGBTQ+ inclusion and practical ways we can all bring our authentic selves to work.
