Diversity reboot

Marco Osuna is the Service Offerings Sr. Manager in Training, Alliance Enablement, and Certification Organization (TACO) at ServiceNow. In his role, Marco defines and maintains world-class service offerings, focused on the highest priority areas that allow TACO to accelerate product adoption and drive business outcomes with customers and partners around the world.

As a global co-chair for Pride at ServiceNow, Marco relentlessly pushes for progress in the pursuit of equitable balance in the workplace. He also strives to elevate emotional intelligence by sharing his lived experiences, thus increasing the possibility for individuals to break down barriers that separate them. Marco believes when allies speak up on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community, in their absence, it resonates beyond boundaries.

Marco and his husband, Kevin live in Dallas, Texas, where they celebrate and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community—not just now, but all year round. While it looks different for everyone, they do this by being their authentic selves every day and through storytelling when the moment calls for it. Additionally, they recall the challenges, joys, heartaches, and heartwarming moments along their journeys, then remind others through storytelling that there will be highs and lows along the road, but even from those lows, there is something good we learn from them.
