Internal Communications Manager, Zoom
Myja Gary is an experienced communications leader with a 7+ year track record in crafting innovative strategies and creative campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Currently Myja shines as an Internal Communications Manager at Zoom where she leads HR communications and employee engagement, serving over 7,000 employees in collaboration with senior leaders. She is also the co-lead of Zoom Soul, Zoom's Black Employee Resource Group where she helps foster space and opportunities to advance diversity and women’s leadership in tech. As the co-lead of Zoom Soul, she helped launch and lead the first Black Employee Resource Group, Zoom Soul; the inaugural Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) week; and the first DEI Report. She has also helped organize internal multi-cultural activations for Black History Month, Women’s History Month, and Pride Month to name a few. With a Bachelor’s degree from the esteemed N.C. A&T State University and a Master’s degree from the renowned Georgetown University, Myja is armed with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that set her apart. As a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, she embodies sisterhood, leadership, and servantry in all she does.
