Jyl has 15 years of experience in re-energizing and elevating D&I operating models by developing equitable sourcing, selection, and retention strategies with a focus on coaching leaders to lead with an inclusive lens and adopt innovative tactics rooted in marketplace data analytics, to successfully integrate equity and inclusion into each phase of the employee life-cycle. Jyl has successfully led Global Inclusion Programs across the finance, technology, and consumer products industries by challenging leaders to move beyond dialogue and into action around issues of diversity, power, privilege, and leadership.
