Discovering And Living With Non-Apparent Disabilities In A Non-Equitable World

Whats Working, What’s Needed

What would happen if everyone approached each other with compassion and curiosity? What if today’s people managers led with vulnerability and empathy? Hi, my name is Taylor and I’m neurodivergent, a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), non-binary and I work in the corporate world. When your baseline is high anxiety and overstimulation; overwhelm, depression and burnout are right around the corner. Join me as we talk through masking at work and life, discovering my ADHD through community, accessibility, customized self-care and why we need to destigmatize mental health yesterday.
