Building connections and trust between team members is one of the biggest challenges when running remote and hybrid teams. Limor Bergman has run remote teams since 2016 and will share how leaders can build a team culture, create connections and make an inclusive work environment even when teams do not meet in person. This talk offers practical tips for creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. And will also address the role of leaders in promoting inclusivity and belonging.
Meet the Speakers
Limor is a former Director of Engineering at DigitalOcean with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. She is now an Executive Coach for women leaders in tech that want to get to the next level in their careers and achieve more through a result-oriented coaching process.
Women she works with, say Limor enabled them to continuously tear down "ceilings" by challenging them to think bigger. They also say she opened their eyes to a new way of contributing to their careers.
Limor loves talking about career progression in the tech industry and how to build your brand in the company and externally.
Limor is married with four children; she loves running and working out at the gym while listening to electronic music.
