Anastasia Greenmore is the Founder and CEO of Reclaiming Us, a Washington-based equity and inclusion consulting services firm. She is an advocate, communicator and relationship builder through and through. She has more than a decade of experience building diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging programs from the ground up in both advocacy and corporate spaces. She approaches the work with the mindset of helping people understand and move through complex ideas and behavior changes. Anastasia has an extensive background in facilitating and cultivating psychologically safe learning spaces, helping adults metabolize and lean into potentially uncomfortable topics like racial equity and systemic biases, and hosting live and virtual workshops that leave people feeling inspired, educated and energized to take their personal and professional equity work to the next level.
