Being a leader in a global organization can be extremely rewarding, but sometimes also a bit overwhelming. In this session I would like to share the most valuable lessons I've learned from my experience stepping into a Senior Leadership position. Spoiler alert - you do not have to change who you are to succeed!
Meet the Speakers
Jessica Cruz is the Director, Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand at Relativity. She leads the team responsible for attracting and recruiting top diverse talent into Relativity world-wide. Prior to this role she was the Manager of Early Careers team at Relativity, responsible for hiring entry-level talent throughout the company into internships and full-time positions. Before coming to Relativity in 2017, Jessica worked in Talent Acquisition at United Airlines for 9 years where she supported recruitment across the organization and helped to build out an undergraduate recruitment strategy and intern program to support building a strong bench of talent throughout the business. Jessica received a BS in Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
