Bridget FinkeldeyMichael started his career as a software engineer at a small company back in those days when software engineering meant you would sit in a room for 8 hours a day hardly talking to anyone. After a few years he took a new position as helpdesk employee at a company that’s recognized as a global player in the dredging market. That role got him back in touch with the people and was well suited for him. Within a short period of time, he became the leader of the team.
After this role, he moved on to other multinationals holding various team lead roles in helpdesk. Michael joined Cummins 13 years ago and he immediately felt a sense of belonging and resonated with the Cummins core values.
