How does heteronormativity present itself in the workplace, and what are the shifts needed to make it a thing of the past? How do companies create equitable policies surrounding family leave and insurance? If a space is safe, does everyone who’s not heterosexual have to be out at work? Here to address these questions and more are Raytheon Technologies’ Vivian Ramos, Senior Manager in Mission Assurance, Allison Whitaker, Senior Manager, Program Management, and Drew Wiechkoske, Data Scientist, Engineering Intelligence, and Fritz Robinson, Senior Recruiter for CIS. They’ll also give their top tips to leaders who want to build safe spaces for all sexual orientations in their organization, and where they can start.

About Diversity Reboot Summit
Pride is not only rooted in the celebration of the LGBTQIA+ rights movement, it also serves as a reflection of the decades of work to overcome prejudice and advocate for equality for this marginalized community. While the world has seen great strides to increase the LGBTQIA+ inclusion, the professional world still has a way to go to reach true inclusion.
As part of Diversity Reboot 2022, our Pride summit series will focus on bringing individuals, leaders, and organizations together to talk about the actions they are taking to increase representation, showcase members of the PowerToFly community who are making an impact, and highlight companies actively hiring and investing in LGBTQIA+ talent.
