As Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Attraction Services at Pitney Bowes, Adrienne Vigilante thrives on delivering a diverse talent attraction & acquisition strategy to our business - and ensuring that the team she leads have the tools that they need to succeed. Her team is focused on the candidate journey, from job search to start date.

Since joining Pitney Bowes in 2018, Adrienne has built up the recruitment marketing practice with programs and strategies to increase employer brand awareness and market to potential candidates. In her role, she leverages her 15 years of ad agency experience, driving brand growth with digital marketing strategy and media buying. She is also a proud practitioner and proponent of Design Thinking, focused on bringing human-centric design and architecture to her projects and programs.

Adrienne serves on the Pitney Bowes LGBTQ+ Committee as Chief Ally. When she’s away from her desk she’s cooking, hiking, or hanging with her family and many pets.
