VP Real Estate and Facilities for Pitney Bowes Inc
Jim is responsible for strategy and development for PB’s 8-million square foot global portfolio, and facilities operations for our offices and operating centers and. He joined Pitney Bowes in 2005 and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility since. During that time, Jim established and implemented PB’s Collaborative Workplace standard, creating a consistent employee experience for our major global offices, from Stamford, Connecticut to Sydney, Australia. In 2009, he co-led the creation of our Workplace Agility program and most recently, Jim has co-led a cross-functional team to reimagine this program after 2 full years of working from home—PB@Work was introduced this March and will be formally launched later this spring.
Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Jim designed corporate offices as Vice President & Design Director at GHK Associates. At this and other roles he has designed and constructed over 5-million square feet of space for clients including Pepsi, Xerox, American Airlines and Delta Air Lines. This foundational work provided a client-centric mindset which Jim applies at PB. Jim is a member of PB’s LGBTQ+ Advisory Council and an active member in CoreNet Global’s New England Chapter, where he has a role in the EID Committee. Jim and his partner reside in Boston, Massachusetts.
