Senior Program Manager, Global Corporate Citizenship & Philanthropy at Pitney Bowes
Polly O’Brien Morrow is Senior Program Manager, Global Corporate Citizenship & Philanthropy at Pitney Bowes, and serves as Vice President of the Pitney Bowes Foundation, which focuses on education equity, and the Pitney Bowes Relief Fund, which supports employees and communities in times of need. Her responsibilities include corporate contributions, foundation grant-making, employee giving, disaster response, nonprofit relations, and strategic employee community involvement. Polly earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut Graduate School of Management, an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Bridgeport School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from Wells College.
Polly has served on numerous boards, including Literacy USA’s corporate advisory board and the Points of Light Foundation, where she chaired the National Council on Workplace Volunteerism. She also chaired the boards of the Volunteer Center of Southwestern Fairfield County and the Bartlett Arboretum. She has also received numerous recognitions for her efforts, including the National Urban League’s McGivney Award and the City of Stamford Citizen of the Year Award.
Polly is the proud parent of two amazing children, both of whom are transgender.
She has become a passionate activist who strives to support the LGBTQ+ community through her work on the Pitney Bowes LGBTQ+ council, as Development co-chair on the board of Stamford (Connecticut) Pride, as an active support of the Kids in Crisis Lighthouse program for LGBTQ+ youth. Most recently, she helped to form the Stamford Pride Family Alliance and a Stamford PFLAG chapter to support family and friends of the LGBTQ+ community.
