With a passion for uplifting communities through economic development and racial equality, Toni first joined DreamSpring as a Community Lending Officer in 2019. She has grown with the company to manage a team of lending supervisors and loan officers across multiple states, where she cultivates new relationships and builds strong referral networks. A small business owner herself, Toni loves to use small business loans and business coaching to create resilient business owners, provide a path to financial wellness, and fortify entrepreneurs with their goals and brand visibility.
