Career Clarity: What is it and Do You Have it?

Empower Her: Advancing Women in the Workplace and Beyond

Have you been applying to various different roles during your job search? Are you feeling clear on your direction for your career? Are you confident in how to "tell your story"? In this talk, CEO & Career Coach Rachel Serwetz will review how and why clarifying your best-fit career path will strengthen your job search efforts and strengthen your resume, rather than limit you. We'll debunk limiting beliefs, outline a practical career path exploration process, and even run an interactive reflection exercise so you can begin to identify your best fit role, industry, and work environment. We'll answer any and all burning career questions you have as well!

Rachel Serwetz (She/Her)

Rachel Serwetz' early professional experience was at Goldman Sachs in Operations and at Bridgewater Associates in HR. After this, she worked in HR Research at Aon Hewitt and attained her Technology MBA at NYU Stern. Throughout her career, she has helped hundreds of professionals with career exploration and for the past 6 years she has been building her company, WOKEN, which is an online career exploration platform to coach professionals through the process of clarifying their ideal job and career path.
