Join us for a conversation with Janet Peterson, Diversity Lead at iRelaunch, the pioneering leader in the career reentry field, bringing thousands of mid-career professionals (“relaunchers”) back into the workforce after extended leave. In this session, Janet will discuss the importance of why we are intentionally focused on increasing our underrepresented relaunchers. She’ll discuss events iRelaunch has produced, events she has attended at partner organizations, our customized outreach campaign partnerships, and other examples that have been effective in increasing the diversity of iRelaunch’s community of nearly 125,000 relaunchers as well as what employers can do to reach this talent pool. iRelaunch CEO and Co-founder Carol Fishman Cohen will moderate.
Janet is a strong advocate for Relaunchers interested in returning to the workplace. The Business Development team helps employers develop unique strategies to increase diversity and value all talent.
Prior to joining iRelaunch and a five year career break, Janet held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and training and advocacy at Johnson & Johnson and Xerox Corporation.
