Arushi GroverNamed Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay Military Spouse of the Year 2019, Michelle is a virtual assistant by trade and a military spouse by love. Her husband Sean is an MV-22 pilot in the Marine Corps. Through multiple relocations and deployments, Michelle built a vibrant, thriving independent virtual assistant business that became the foundation for Squared Away. Squared Away is a team of 130 remote executive assistants that is composed almost entirely of military spouses. Her own experience as a military spouse gives her unique insight into the multitude of challenges facing other military spouses who want to have a career of their own. Currently based out of San Diego, California, this is Michelle's 4th duty station in her 8 years of marriage. In her spare time, she is also living life dangerously as a boy mom to Sawyer, 5, and Jameson, 2.
