About Diversity Reboot Summit

Pride is not only rooted in the celebration of the LGBTQIA+ rights movement, it also serves as a reflection of the decades of work to overcome prejudice and advocate for equality for this marginalized community. While the world has seen great strides to increase the LGBTQIA+ inclusion, the professional world still has a way to go to reach true inclusion.

As part of Diversity Reboot 2022, our Pride summit series will focus on bringing individuals, leaders, and organizations together to talk about the actions they are taking to increase representation, showcase members of the PowerToFly community who are making an impact, and highlight companies actively hiring and investing in LGBTQIA+ talent.

Speakers from our 2021 "Diversity Reboot 2021: Pride: Championing LGBTQIA+ Leaders and Allies" summit included: Rep. Mark Takano, the first out gay man elected to the US Congress; Reggie Greer, Senior Advisor on LGBTQ+ Engagement under President Joe Biden; Ann Mei Chang, author of "Lean Impact”, and former Chief Innovation Officer at Pete for America; Peter Arvai, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at Prezi; LaFawn Davis, Group Vice President of Environmental, Social & Governance at Indeed; David J. Johns, Executive Director of the National Black Justice Coalition; Ceyenne Doroshow, Executive Director of GLITS; Christian Fuscarino, Executive Director of Garden State Equality; educator & author Dr. Kryss Shane, LSW, LMSW (she/her), and many more.
