In this session, Freddie Mac’s Brandon Rush will share his perspective on how being your authentic self and being an ally are important drivers of LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. He will share his career journey and experiences, Freddie Mac’s journey of LGTBQ+ inclusion and ways we can all bring our authentic self to work.
Bridget FinkeldeyBrandon Rush is vice president and head of Digital Experience in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Acquisitions Division. He is responsible for the design and development of digital tools and technologies that enable Sellers to bring our products to the borrower, Single-Family Acquisitions applications that support these tools and Single-Family Acquisitions technology shared services.
Mr. Rush joined Freddie Mac in 2014 as the I&CM Business Technology Officer. Before that, he spent two decades leading multi-national teams creating technology solutions at several large banks, including Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Morgan Stanley, where he built teams that accelerated change with his business clients.
Mr. Rush holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Stony Brook University, part of the State University of New York system.
