Whats Working, What’s Needed
The mental demands of leadership are no joke; problem-solving, decision fatigue, and people management take a toll on bandwidth and the ability to think innovatively. But is it possible that taking on a new practice can actually lead to increased mental capacity? Cue intellectual self-care. Here to talk about what it is and why you need it is Danielle Shoots, Finance and Operations Executive, and Founder and CEO of The Daily Boss Up. Join her as she describes its benefits to you, your organization, and your commitment to being an inclusive leader.
