Destigmatized: Visible and invisible Disabilities and Neurodivergence

Description: It is well established that not all forms of disability are visible; however, it is less understood how to create a safe and inclusive working environment for those that fit into this category. In this talk with Jes Osrow, Co Founder and DEI Expert at The Rise Journey, you’ll discover which practices ensure that women with invisible disabilities stay, and which ones ensure that they’ll stay away. Talks about: disability, women, leadership
