Workplace Wellness with WomenWerk

Whats Working, What’s Needed

What do professionals actually need in order to be well? Hint: it’s not always free snacks and a meditation room. Nekpen Osuan Wilson, Co-Founder and CEO of WomenWerk, defines what wellness actually is, and how organizations can design wellness initiatives to suit diverse needs. Nekpen is Head of CX Strategy at Gusto and serves as a talent and career strategy coach for The Muse and WIN Summit.
