One of the company's main challenges stemmed from growing its headcount too quickly, making it hard to align its team with its diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging goals. As an organization, they needed holistic DEIB solutions if they wanted to attract and engage diverse women candidates to fill their open engineering positions.

The Solution: Show Women They Belong
The events were a great success, with more than 231 confirmed attendees from all over the country in May 2020. We could get direct feedback from attendees and answer their questions in real time. We also received positive feedback on the events afterward, with many attendees saying they found it valuable and informative.
Some of the magic we worked:
- Partnered with the healthcare provider's recruiting team to identify the target audience and conduct outreach based on client feedback.
- Engaged in a multi-step targeted promotion campaign leveraging email, LinkedIn, and text message reminders to all registrants.
- Provided event moderator and additional logistics support.
- Drafted panel questions and designed slides.
- Continued post-event candidate lead engagement support to get diverse talent into the interview pipeline.
- Facilitated attendee survey and compiled results.
