About Our Subject Matter Expert
Noelle Johnson is a Global Inclusion and Belonging Strategist and Trainer who has worked with companies to build psychological safety among their teams. She is also the Assistant Director, DEI, Learning and Development at Crowe, LLP a professional services firm.
As a public speaker, Noelle discusses activating allyship, supporting neurodivergent staff, amplifying the voices of the global majority, and championing marginalized genders in tech. Noelle has helped organizations develop and launch equitable and inclusive initiatives for marginalized groups, veterans and parents/caregivers.
Noelle has been quoted in Forbes, Fast Company, Glassdoor, NPR, and more. She has also written for Medium, Cameron Diaz’s Your Body Book, and professional women’s websites like InHerSight. She is a DEI board member for ChickTech and is an activist for workers' rights.
