About Zara Chaudary:
Zara Chaudary is a Global DEI Strategist and Trainer at PowerToFly. The mission of empowering and uplifting underrepresented talent resonates deeply with her personally. She is a fierce advocate for underrepresented employees, forever pushing for equitable changes and never settling for the status quo, no matter the risk. With an extensive operational and programmatic background in non-profit, government, and educational fields has allowed her to create change in a wide array of companies, from small businesses to enterprises.
About Gabrielle Fricke:
Gabrielle Fricke is a Global DEI Strategist and Trainer who takes a human-centric approach to her work, helping to translate needs into impactful outcomes. She has worked in a variety of DEI sectors, including government, public, and private, throughout the past 7 years. Gabby was an inaugural member of her city’s Human Relations Commission, where she helped build a system of citizen-informed feedback between residents and elected officials. Her experience ranges from training development and execution, qualitative data collection and analysis, employee relations, and culture change.
During this training, you will learn:

- Tactical techniques to make long-term change around belonging, inclusion, and authenticity in the workplace
