Being an LGBTQIA+ Member of the Sports Community with ESPN's Steve Mason

Whats Working, What’s Needed

In 2015, love won. As great as that is, it’s not a panacea for all LGBTQIA+ struggles, especially for those in the world of athletics. It’s still a cishet sports world, and ESPN host Steve Mason will explain what that looks like in practical terms, and how we can create culture and policy that make being part of the world of sports an inclusive experience for everyone.
