Lukas is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and People (HR) executive at UnitedHealth Group. As vice president of strategic planning and insights, Lukas is responsible for leading DEI initiatives and change management, aligning to enterprise strategies and helping inform current and future priorities. He partners closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise to achieve the company’s goals.
Lukas joined UnitedHealth Group in 2011 and has served in various leadership roles in the People Team and Global DEI Office. Through fostering meaningful relationships with leaders and colleagues he has contributed materially to the evolution of the culture and employee experience at UHG. Lukas holds a master's degree in counseling psychology (marriage and family therapy) and bachelor's degrees in psychology, Spanish language, and women and gender studies.
Outside of work, Lukas spends his time with his husband, son, family and friends.
