Creative Director, Designer, Educator, Advocate and Producer

In 2016, Clint Ramos became the first person of color to win the Tony Award for Best Costume Design for his work on the Broadway play “Eclipsed”. Clint, a creative director, designer, educator, advocate and producer, is back on Broadway this spring as both a designer and producer of “Here Lies Love” by David Byrne and Fatboy Slim, a groundbreaking musical about former Filipina First Lady Imelda Marcos’s astonishing rise to power and subsequent fall at the hands of the Philippine People Power Revolution. Born and raised in Cebu, the Philippines, this is an important story for Clint to tell. We are thrilled to speak with Clint about “Here Lies Love”, his personal journey and career.
