Dr. Alexandria White

Sanmaya Mohanty

Dr. Alexandria White has 15 years of experience delivering training around diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is the current Director of Diversity for Reboot Accel where she consults with organizations on ways to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces. She founded S.A.M.S.(Student Affairs MomS), the largest online community for mothers who work in the student affairs profession. Dr. White's professional career has involved retail banking, leadership, community activism, diversity planning and higher education. She holds a BA from Indiana University, MA from Ball State University and a EdD from University of Mississippi. Dr. White is adjunct faculty in the School of Education at the University of Mississippi.

Francesca Walker, M.Ed. (she/her) is a diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) instructional designer, facilitator, and coach with non-profit, education, and corporate professional experiences on a mission to normalize inclusive therapeutic people leadership and anti-oppressive workplaces.

I'm an Account Executive passionate about helping companies take actionable steps to tackle their gender parity and inclusion problems. I enjoy working with clients that are ready to marry their rhetoric with results.

Before starting at PowerToFly, I worked at the Council of Europe in France, the Global Women’s Leadership Initiative in Romania, and the Athena Leadership Center at Barnard College. I'm a graduate of Barnard, the women's college of Columbia University, where I earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in French.

I serve as Secretary at Razom for Ukraine, a non-profit that grows entrepreneurship and increases civic engagement in Ukraine.
