Sue is responsible for driving Dynatrace talent strategies and workplace culture that foster innovation, customer-centricity, and inclusiveness. She has deep experience across all facets of human resources on a global scale. Prior to Dynatrace, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for cloud communications leader, Vonage. In this role, she led an organizational and cultural transformation establishing Vonage as a destination place to work and instituting programs and services to support the company’s rapid global expansion. Prior to joining Vonage, Sue was CHRO at Presidio, Inc. Sue has an MBA from Drexel University and a BS in environmental economics from Rutgers University. When not working, Sue enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, finding new recipes to try and exploring the local farmer’s market on the weekends.
