Stephanie Cannon

Stephanie Cannon (she/her) oversees the Operations Excellence & Collaborative Innovation group for Global eCommerce. The design of the Operations Excellence & CI group is intended to foster efficient partnership with the GEC operations and Pitney Bowes cross functional teams to accelerate the modernization and expansion of our network and support operational excellence for long-term growth.

The group consists of four teams: Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement that include our Collaborative Innovation Group, Workforce Optimization group, Automation and System Innovation group, and Operational Excellence group.

Other roles prior to current role included leading the Operations Practices & Innovation Group, Automation & Systems Innovation Group, Director of Operations for Fulfillment Services, and lead the Industrial Engineering group for fulfillment services.

Prior to joining Pitney Bowes (as part of the Newgistics acquisition), Stephanie consulted for West Monroe Partners. During this time, she served as a SME in operations and engineering strategies to create operational assessments to provide unique solutions that improved business processes across all aspects of the operation for multiple transportation, distribution, fulfillment and manufacturing clients, enabling them to reduce overall costs and scale more effectively.

Prior to joining West Monroe Partners, Stephanie worked for the United Parcel Service where she held various roles in engineering and operations for last mile delivery, transportation, and parcel hub lines of business.

Stephanie Cannon attended the University of Toledo and graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering.

Demitra Jones

Demitra Jones is the Vice President of Human Resource Corporate Functions at Pitney Bowes Inc. In her role, Demitra is responsible for aligning the human resource strategy, practices, data, policies, programs, compliance, and other employment initiatives with the needs of the corporate shared service functions, such as Innovation, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing & Communications, and HR. She collaborates with the Human Resource teams and senior management to understand current and future needs. Demitra's expertise lies in providing guidance and advice on human resource-related matters to achieve our goals and mitigate risks, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in human resource administration, deliverables, and organizational culture. Demitra has an extensive background with Pitney Bowes, having joined the company in 1996. Over the years, she has held various human resource positions, including Human Resource Specialist, Compensation Analyst, HR Generalist for different cities and regions, US Manager for HR Operations Metrics, Manager of a virtual team of HR Generalists, and Human Resource Business Partner. Her contributions have been instrumental in designing and implementing the concept of virtual HR Generalist support as a component of our HR Operating Model. Additionally, she played a key role in the change management planning and execution of the HR Model implementation. Before becoming a full-time employee at Pitney Bowes, Demitra was an intern through the INROADS partnership with our company. During this time, she rotated through several assignments in the Human Resource department, gaining valuable experience and knowledge. Outside of work, Demitra actively engages with her community as a volunteer and is an active member of an Alumnae chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service organization. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Demitra holds a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and a master's degree in organizational development and human resource management from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. She was born and raised in Norwalk, CT, and currently resides in Farmington, CT with her husband David. They are the proud parents of two wonderful daughters.

Marifer Rodriguez

Marifer Rodriguez (she/her) is Director of Communications at Pitney Bowes. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Marifer is responsible for Corporate Media Relations, Internal and External Communications for Global E-commerce - the fastest-growing business unit at Pitney Bowes - and Executive Social Media.

Marifer is a talented communications and marketing professional with a progressive record of success in public relations, social media, media relations, personal branding, digital marketing, and executive and employee communications for BtoC and BtoB businesses.

A proud Latina, first-generation Immigrant, and first to go to college in her family, Marifer is a champion for more Latina representation in corporate America.

Marifer attended Washington Adventist University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts, Public Relations.

In her spare time, Marifer enjoys writing, traveling, running, and learning about new cultures.
