Outbound product manager for ServiceNow’s largest product, IT Service Management. Isabella has been with ServiceNow for five years where she grew her career from intern to senior product manager. With extensive experience developing and leading go-to-market strategies and enablement for over eleven products including Virtual Agent, ITSM Mobile, Service Catalog, Walk-Up Experience, Predictive Intelligence, Success Dashboard, and more. Recently, Isabella has helped with the development and launch of a net-new SKU to support adoption and implementation of ITSM products.
