Diversity reboot

Jenna Mierzejewski is the Senior Global Learning Design Manager at EnerSys, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial batteries, chargers and accessories. In her current role, Jenna designs, develops, and/or curates interactive and inclusive learning events for diverse groups. She manages a global team responsible for creating and facilitating engaging learning opportunities through social learning, virtual live sessions, standard eLearning courses, microlearning content, and more. Outside of work, Jenna runs a small nonprofit bringing yoga and meditation to at-risk groups in the Philadelphia area, spends plenty of time with her young son, and is studying for her pre and post-natal yoga teacher certification.
