Hiring Strategies for: Global Women, LGBTQ+, and Neurodiversity Hiring
Kristi Ervin is a Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition Consultant, focused on Global Women’sTalent Strategy. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading and supporting the talent acquisition strategies, external partnerships and programs focused on hiring women at Bank of America. In her role, she also looks after the talent acquisition strategies and programs for LGBTQ+ hiring as well as the Bank of America Neurodiversity Hiring ProgramKristi joined the Bank in 2001. She’s held a variety of roles in Talent Acquisition and Global HumanResources: Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager, Executive Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Executive,LOB D&I TA Consultant, and HR Consulting supporting Redeployment. She has also supported multiple lines of business and leads the Bank of America Returning Talent program which spans multiple lines of business. She has been a member of multiple employee networks including Bank of AmericaLEAD for Women, (Leadership, Education, Advocacy, and Development for Women), and the DisabilityAdvocacy Network (DAN).Prior to joining Bank of America, Kristi spent 5 years as a search consultant for Robert Half International.Prior to that, she was a supply chain management consultant for a software firm, Manugistics, and she began her career as a middle school teacher in the mountains of Appalachia, where she grew up.Kristi is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic and State University in Blacksburg, VA, and has a BS degree in Elementary Education. She has an MBA from the University of Maryland in College Park. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her two furry kids, Max and Gracie. She is a Director for the Seeds of HopeScholarship Program in Charlotte, North Carolina and a member of Moments of Hope Church.
