As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Rodgers Global Leadership Consortium, she brings a rich 20+ year history of guiding multi-million-dollar global projects, technical consulting, coaching, career growth, and stakeholder management. LaShawnda serves as the Vice President of Community Outreach for Blacks in Technology, where she partners with organizations to increase African American representation in the technology fields. As a Founding Member of Tech Ladies, she has had the opportunity to mentor and equips women with the tools to grow their career in tech.
