Mini Nair is a technology leader at Vanguard with 20+ years of experience in providing business solutions leveraging information technology. During her successful career Mini has been passionate about mentoring and coaching women in technology to rise against the biases. She brings her own experience as an immigrant and a person of color in a male dominated industry to provide tangible measures for her mentees to build their brand and have their voice be heard at the table.
