Diversity reboot

Pamela Compton is an Executive Director and COO of Wealth Management Product Technology. Her responsibilities include financial management, workforce strategy, communications and employee engagement for the organization.

Pamela joined Morgan Stanley in 2018 and has served as the Head of the New York Metro Real Estate Strategy for Technology, where she developed and executed upon the organization’s Reimagine strategy. She has also acted as a Business Manager and Chief of Staff for the Technology COO division.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Pamela worked at JP Morgan Chase where she had a variety of roles in Technology, Investment Banking and Auto Finance, including Program Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity and Demand Management.

Outside of her day-to-day role, Pamela is an active member of Technology’s Race & Ethnic Diversity (RED), where she serves as the co-lead for the Partnerships Workstream and fosters a relationship with the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC). Outside of RED, Pamela is part of the Girls Who Code program committee, has mentored through the REACH program and is an active member of Women in Technology.
