Randy Yang is a senior executive in the Learning & Development sector. Applying learning theories, technology, and motivation, he has successfully supported adults as well as adolescents. He has also helped people of all backgrounds overcome their biases, so they would be more open to learn and experience new knowledge as well as culture. As a husband and father, he intends to use his skills and experiences to help shape a better future for the next generation.
