Rustin Tonn is Senior Manager for Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement at Pitney Bowes. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rustin holds a PHR and PHRca, and has been an exam development panelist at the HR Certification Institute for three industry credentials since 2014. Rustin has also served on many types of boards, including student affairs, student government, HOAs, and nonprofit.
