Over the last 20+ years, Janani has worked at multiple divisions of Optum and led many enterprise modernization initiatives. She has passion for researching, developing and implementing innovative solutions and onboarded new technologies for enterprise adoption; IoT, Conversational AI/Chatbots, Chaos Engineering, Distributed SQL and Serverless computing. She is also an open source advocate and has spoken in various internal(Optum Dev Days) and external (Kubecon, Open Source North, Rasa Chatbot Dev Summit) conferences.
Latha Budideti
Bridget FinkeldeyLatha leads Enterprise Clinical Platform Core Engineering, Platform Architecture and Experience. Latha migrated to the US as Software Engineer 20 years ago with a Masters in Computer Applications in India. Inspired by many amazing leaders, she developed into a strong leader in Software Engineering. She is passionate about solving complex business problems with technology, developing global teams, and moving the needle in technology transformation. After losing her father in early childhood, Latha was brought up in a matriarchal family where women were decision makers and bread-winners, and she currently advocates for normalizing and creating an inclusive culture.
