Charlotte Mather is a Global Process Lead with over 18 years’ experience within Customer Experience and Operations across public sector and medical device industries. Along with her day job, she is passionate about DE&I and leads the UK DE&I umbrella at Stryker and is based in Oxford, England.

Scarlett Mascarenas (She/Her)

Scarlett Mascarenas is a Talent Acquisition professional with almost 15 years' experience within the media, tech and medical device industries who currently oversees the global diversity recruitment strategy at Stryker. She is based in New York.

Franziska de Rooij (She/Her)

Franzi de Rooij is a finance professional with more than 20 years of experience in consumer goods, coffee and medical device industries who currently oversees the Finance activities for our Neurovascular business in Stryker Europe and EEMEA. She is based in Amsterdam.
