Arushi GroverFlossie is an active duty Navy Spouse and accomplished serial entrepreneur specializing in e-commerce, marketing strategy, business development, growth of operations, and sales. She generated over 7-figure revenues within the first year of launching her meal prep and delivery company-Healthy Momma-in 2015.
She went on to sell over 500k meals, create over 100 Military Spouse jobs and donate over 10k meals to homeless Veterans.
Flossie is known in her role for National Military Spouse advocacy and public speaking across local and national venues such as Fox News, CNBC, CBS and PBS. She has helped build and scale multiple accelerators and military programs. She has served as the CMO for a technology startup and serves on various boards supporting the startup and military community. Flossie has even been invited to the White House and featured on the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square for her work.
Her most recent venture was serving as the COO and Cofounder of AMSE-The Association of Military Spouse Entrepreneurs since 2019, which has helped over 2K+ military spouses all around the globe to start, scale and sustain their own businesses. AMSE is the first fully digital military spouse entrepreneur program and platform with education, community, digital masterclasses, resources, national partners, and more. Built by military spouse entrepreneurs, for military spouse entrepreneurs. AMSE was inducted into the DOD's Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) in its first year for its work ad impact in the military spouse community.
Flossie has four children and currently resides in Upstate New York. She loves being near the ocean, the sunshine, reading a book a week, and listening to all things NPR.
