Melissa Katz
Melissa is the Senior Vice President for the Talent Attraction Innovation and Strategy team within the Moody’s Human Resources who specializes in global talent acquisition processes and technology ecosystems. In her role, Melissa is responsible for having global oversight of all Talent Attraction’s operations, aiming to optimize the function's effectiveness and drive consistent practices and changes across the organization while moving the function to become a more data-driven in its decision making. Melissa and her team are responsible for ensuring a consistent approach to interview coordination and sourcing globally, managing and driving enhancements to the TA technology roadmap, managing the TA brand strategy which includes marketing content design and social media strategy.
Prior to this role, Melissa was at Moody’s for five years leading the America’s recruitment team for MIS as well as MSS. She has also held key positions in renowned companies such as AbbVie, Unilever, and AIG, where throughout her career she has managed full lifecycle recruitment for all levels and then moving into leadership roles managing regions in recruiting, resourcing, and process improvement.
With a solid foundation in talent acquisition and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance recruitment outcomes, Melissa brings a wealth of experience and a results-driven approach to every project. With a career spanning over 20 years, she has consistently proven her ability to drive success and elevate talent acquisition strategies for prominent organizations.
Melissa holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
