Designing your next season of life

EARLY CAREER CONNECTIONS & MID-CAREER PIVOTS

The world of work has shifted the way we need to plan. In mid-life we are all unique, and need to think carefully about the options that are ideally suited to who we are and want to be. Many of us will be in the workforce for longer than we originally thought, and we need to thoughtfully design this process. Join Lynda Smith and Helen Sanchez, as they discuss how to learn new skills in mid-life, how to discover your purpose in the stage you’re in, and what a “blended life” is and how you can design one.
