LaShawnda serves as the Vice President of Community Outreach for Blacks in Technology, where she partners with organizations to increase African American representation in the technology fields. LaShawnda is also a Microsoft Partner and a member of Microsoft’s Black Partner Initiative. As a Founding Member of Tech Ladies, she has had the opportunity to mentor and equips women with the tools to grow their career in tech. She has been instrumental in helping many professionals to confidently negotiate their salary, clearly articulate their value add, receive the compensation and career they desire. In her local community and globally, she works with organizations to provide career development and opportunities for BIPOC communities so they can compete and have financial stability.
