Career Connections 2024: Where Talent Meets Opportunity
According to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and AARP, Millennials make up about 50 percent of today’s workforce, while the population of people older than 65 is larger than ever and expected to double in the next 20 to 30 years. How can these different generations come together to create a better workplace? Join Dr. Alexandria White, Senior Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at ReBoot Accel, for a talk exploring the unique challenges and opportunities of a multigenerational workforce. With 16 years of experience in diversity training and leadership, Dr. White will share practical strategies for fostering collaboration, understanding different work styles, and leveraging the strengths of each age group. Whether you're a leader or team member, this discussion will provide valuable tools for thriving in a multigenerational environment.
